Vinery Traditional Tour in our Vinaries in Mykonos

Our vineries, in total expanse of 80 acres, are planted with various varieties of grapes. Some of them are the parian grape, moschofilero, kountoura, assyrtiko and potamisio. The vinery needs constant care and the process of the vine harvest is done in September.

Since 1984, our olive grove, in total expanse of 15 acres, started producing 2 different varieties of olives, until now. “Koroneikos” gives us extra virgin olive oil with very low acids and “Kalamon” olive, which is one of the most well‑known varieties of olives.

Tour in our stone-made wine press in Mykonos

In first place, the stone-made wine press was built by Lefteris Sykiniotis in 1960 and it was renovated by Antonis Sykiniotis, afterwards, in order to have the form of a traditional Cycladic wine press.
